Santa is at Sturmer this Xmas
Weave your way to Santa's Magical Grotto and have your chance to tell Santa what you want for Christmas this year and build a magical bear to take home. Estimated experience time is 30 minutes. Bookings required.
Christmas Market
From 1st November, the centre of the Garden Centre will been transformed into a magical Christmas Market, with local artisans showcasing their wares and our own magical Christmas display, decorations and more.
Festive Afternoon Tea
Every Monday to Wednesday from 4th November join us for Christmas themed Afternoon Tea in our Bistro, (savouries, scones, mini cakes & pot tea/cup of coffee) at only £15 per person. Bookings required.
Christmas Trees for sale
Come along from mid November and choose your tree from our selection.
8th December
Join us on 8th December for Mince Pies, Carol Singing and our Lighting Ceremony.
21st & 22nd December
Celebrate the Winter Solstice in style, Wassailing, Christmas Specials in the Bsitro, Yule Log lighting and more

For only £15 per person. Sittings available 2pm, 2:10pm and 2:20pm Monday to Wednesday from 4th November to 18th December inclusive
How to use the booking calendar

REFUNDS are only available up to 48 hours PRIOR to your booked seating time and will be less a £2 per person admin fee

ALLERGIES - we are an open kitchen so are unable to guarantee there is no cross contamination

We are unable to offer alternative sandwiches, savouries or cakes on the day

If you choose coffee, speciality coffees will be charged at the standard rate in the Bistro on the day and must be paid for when you order

For only £15 per Child/Baby. Please note any child/baby who does not have their own ticket will be unable to particiate (either by meeting Santa or making a bear). Whilst meeting Santa will be exclusive to the family with booked tickets, the remainder of the experience is non-exclusive.

This experience is expected to last around half an hour

If you miss your time slot start time we cannot guarantee to fit you in

Gifts/Bears are non refundable and non returnable

Your time with Santa will be allocated "per tickets purchased per family" (ie exclusive) but the remainder of the experience is not exlcusive

No other gift is available

Children/babies that do not have a ticket will not get to meet Santa or receive a gift/bear

Due to the difficulty of re-selling individual ticket slots, we are unable to offer any refunds once you complete your ticket purchase
